Today, in China's IT industry, there is a much greater awareness than ever before of the need to improve the success rate of ERP implementations and ultimately to enhance the global competitiveness of Chinese businesses. The need is becoming increasingly crucial after China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) in December 2001.

Fuguji intends to address the need by focusing services on these three areas:

1. ERP project QA (quality assurance) as an independent 3rd party. The objective is to ensure all ERP implementations are successful, as measured by Service Level Agreements between customers and implementation consulting companies.
2. SAP BW and mySAP Business Intelligence implementation. The objective is to help Chinese businesses realize return of investment and ultimately to enhance their global competitiveness.
3. Intensive, hands-on, project-oriented ERP training, including IT management assistance. The objective is to enable customers obtain insight, gain confidence, and develop skills before, during, and after ERP projects.
